Xinghan Large-Scale AI Model 2.0
The Xinghan Large-Scale AI Models consist of V-Series (vision-centric), M-Series (multimodal fusion), and L-Series (language understanding), which form a solid foundation for an intelligent traffic management. Integrating real-time video, traffic data, and regulatory knowledge, the system monitors congestion, accidents, and violations, automates response planning, optimizes signal control, and supports law enforcement and documentation, creating a smart closed-loop of “perception—analysis—decision—control”. Notable benefits include reduced false alarms, incident detection, automatic configuration, signal control optimization, and more.
Radar & Video Fusion: VRF2.0 Technology
Dahua’s VRF2.0 fusion algorithm combines radar and video data at the feature level and applies a “sliding window + voting” method to deliver more accurate, stable, and continuous results. In complex scenarios, it prevents large-vehicle misidentification, avoids target loss or latency for slow or stationary vehicles, and resolves radar speed superposition issues, boosting single-radar speed accuracy from 98% to 99.9%. AI-driven automatic calibration also reduces setup time from 30 minutes to under 5 minutes while enhancing positioning accuracy.

Utilizing the aforementioned technologies, Dahua highlighted three intelligent ITS series this year:
- Bisight X Series: The “Bisight Pro Dual-Spectrum Radar-Video Fusion Camera” monitors driver behavior, detecting distractions and unsafe actions while capturing clear vehicle and license plate details. Its modular design enables seamless 24/7 deployment, providing integrated evidence for law enforcement.
- Spotter Ultra: It monitors up to eight lanes 24/7, detecting speeding and illegal driving while generating complete evidence chains. Its integrated, IK10 vandal-resistant design with flexible power and storage ensures stable, efficient enforcement even at complex intersections.
- iPatrol: Dahua’s “Smart Light Bar” transforms enforcement vehicles into mobile smart hubs with 360° monitoring, precision radar, and AI-powered detection of speeding, illegal parking, and blocklist alerts. Its rugged, all-weather design and one-click central management ensure reliable, real-time mobile enforcement.

In terms of providing efficient travel experience, Dahua presented the following intelligent solutions:
- Smart Traffic Signal: The Flexible Actuated Control Solution uses AI-driven video and radar fusion to optimize traffic signals, adaptively managing congestion and vehicle flow across intersections. With one-click setup, zero-interruption recovery, and full-scenario adaptability, it boosts traffic efficiency by 18% and reduces delays by 25%.
- Smart Highway: It enhances safety and traffic flow with weight-in-motion systems, VMS alerts, axle counting, and AI-based incident detection for over 30 scenarios. Its eight-lane Spotter Ultra system enforces speed and lane violations, automatically capturing evidence to boost enforcement efficiency and road safety.
- Smart Parking: Dahua’s parking solutions, led by the popular ANPR camera ITC413, offer a complete “one-stop” system for indoor, outdoor, and roadside management. With easy ITSAPI integration, innovative products (e.g., springless barrier gate), and full Dahua ecosystem support, partners benefit from simplified operations and expanded business opportunities beyond parking.
